Special Events: We have annual Summer, Halloween, Holiday, and Spring parties for the whole family. Other events include couple's nights and children's outings.
Park Days: Every Saturday MOMs and their multiples meet at a local park to play and have some fun.
In the summer, we schedule three to four beach gatherings at a local baby beach.
The Twin Times, our monthly publication, keeps members and prospective members up to date on meetings, activities, and club news. Newsletter archives can be found on the members only site.
Through our club's Big Tent account, members are able to receive updates on club events, ask questions for help on raising multiples, share information, and sell/buy/trade items.
At each general Meeting, we pass a piggy bank to all the members who have a birthday within that month. In your birthday month, we ask you to contribute a penny for every year you are old. The money collected during the year goes toward our annual LLBMOTC Birthday Party that takes place every March during our General Meeting.
Two or three times a year we have a children's clothing and equipment sale. We sell gently used items to members within the club and sometimes open it up to the public. Members keep 100% of their profit, as this is not a fundraiser for the club.
The club has an extensive collection of parenting and multiple related books, videos, articles, and magazines available to its members. A list of available titles can be found on the members only site.
Multiples are in great demand in the entertainment industry, especially newborns. You can contact our Talent Liaison and she will refer you to an agent and/or manager and answer your questions. It is a great way to start a college fund!
New Member Teas:
We have two teas a year in which we gather at a member's home to celebrate our new members and eat some delicious food.
We keep a collection of premie clothes that all members with premies may borrow. Clothes are donated by club members.
Our publicity chair helps promote LLBMOTC by alerting local media about special events hosted by our club. Also, publicity supplies local doctors with LLBMOTC information pamphlets.
Our historian chair creates a yearly LLBMOTC scrapbook as well as a scrapbook for the president to keep after her term is finished.
